All signs are made fresh daily, which in Weathered Signs language means they are made to order. We don’t keep inventory. Completion times can vary depending on what you created. Usually it takes 3-5 days to create your sign and 3-5 days to ship. You can expect your sign to arrive within 2 weeks.
If you need your order sooner, please email or call us to let us know the date you need your sign by. There is a $10 rush order fee. We don't want you to go to the birthday party without this incredible gift!
We use USPS (the US postal service) to ship our signs. We will ship it priority mail so it should take 3-5 days to create your sign and then another 3 – 5 days to ship depending on how close you live to the West Coast.
If you order on our website you will automatically receive a tracking number as soon as your sign has shipped.
If you would like to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or texting or calling Jay at (310) 877-2825. We will provide you a full refund.
When you check out of your shopping cart you will be asked if the shipping address is the same as your billing address and if not, just include the shipping address and that is where the sign will go. If there are any issues, please email us.
We will never sell your information. We will only use your email address to send you discounts and specials offers.

Yes we do! We offer promo codes, discounts and giveaways all the time. The best way to take advantage of these are by following Weathered Signs Instagram @weatheredsigns and also subscribe to our emailing list on our website.
We will include a gift card for you if you let us know in the comment section at check out – let us know what you want us to write on it. If you want the sign shipped to you and you want to give it as a gift, you can take a black Sharpie pen and write a message on the back of your sign to make it even more special.

We create retail or restaurant storefront signs and also signs for booths in gift shows, hanging menu signs, and signs for food and retail marts. We can provide signage for all your needs. We will be happy to show you photos of what we have done. We can copy logos, fonts and create a piece of art that you will be proud of.
Typically, we can ship a sign out of the country but the shipping cost could be between $30 and $50. Our website is not set up for international shipping so please contact Jay by email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what you would like so we can give you a shipping estimate.
Our signs are all made in our shop in Westlake Village, California.
We use Cedarwood and recycled wood whenever possible.
We use water-based exterior paint so your sign can be hung inside or outside.
We can make signs with many different fonts. If you have a favorite font most likely we have it or if not, we have something similar. Please let us know in the comment section when checking out that you would like a custom font and what it is. We will do our best to either use that font or a similar one for your sign.
We can send you a graphic photo of the layout of your sign if requested.
One great thing about a Weathered Sign is that because it is painted with exterior paint, it can be hung outside. The weather will only make it look more rustic but it will retain all its charm.
We sell a special orange oil that you can use for your sign to keep it clean and dust free which is great for the wood but most furniture polishes would work too.
Website colors may not be precise representations of the actual product due to transillumination. This is the colored light that shines out from your screen.
We don’t have a storefront but you are welcome to come to our shop where we manufacture our signs. Our customers are like family and we would love to meet you! If you would like to pick up your sign, use the discount code PICKUP and your shipping cost will be removed. We will call you when your sign is ready for pick up. Our address is 2426 Townsgate Road Suite 200, Westlake Village, California 91361 – Come by anytime Monday – Friday from 8:00 – 4:00 and we will give you a tour!
You can get your sign with any of those. Please specify how you would like your sign at check out if you want something different than the rustic wire hanger. If you want it on a stake for the garden, there will be an additional charge so contact Jay at email@example.com or call him at (310) 877-2825 for more information.
